Minerva BiOTECH is an innovative Canadian Biotechnology Company that is committed to the development, commercialization and world-wide marketing of cost-effective diagnostic test kits for the initial screening of various serious infectious diseases and other health related conditions.

In all of the company's facilities; R&D, Manufacturing and Assembly, Minerva BiOTECH  works to an ISO rating of ISO9001. This relates to manufacturing techniques, product handling and quality control. In addition, all facilities work to North American GMP production standards.

The Company's objective is to continually grow its portfolio of innovative products and to build strong distributor relationships in strategic locations around the world. The Company will grow its product line through:

1) The development of new products in the Company's own R&D facilities. This includes all necessary testing (including independent regulatory) and product finalization leading to commercialization.

2) The licensing of promising diagnostic products that other R&D facilities have developed but have not yet commercialized or are only marketing on a limited basis world-wide.

Sales and Marketing

The Company markets its products through distributors and joint ventures around the world.
